A dive centre ran its trips on a whiteboard and a group chat. A change in the wind meant a morning of phone calls, and boats still left the harbour half empty.

Solution

We designed the booking app around the way the crew actually works: trips, certification levels and boat capacity in one place, with instant rescheduling when a trip is called off.

Result

Divers book and move themselves between trips, boats leave fuller, and the team spends its mornings in the water rather than on the phone.
