Challenge

A clinic network needed to replace paper scheduling and scattered spreadsheets with a single tool staff would actually adopt.

Solution

We mapped the real day-to-day workflow, prototyped the core booking and patient flows, then designed and built a responsive web app focused on speed and low training overhead.

Result

Staff manage appointments from one screen, double-bookings dropped and the platform is built to scale as new clinics join the network.
