Challenge

A surf school was juggling lessons across direct messages, a paper diary and a spreadsheet, and losing walk-in students every time the beach got busy.

Solution

We gave the school a brand that works on boards, wetsuits and the shopfront alike, then built the booking layer: instructors, levels, tides and group sizes handled in one flow the student completes on their phone.

Result

Lessons fill without anyone opening the diary, and the school now looks like the established name on that beach it has been for years.
